1. Asset Intake
   Devices are received on-site, by mail, or pickup. We log serials, count drives, and photograph batches (if required).

2. Data Handling
   Drives are either:

   • Wiped to NIST standard tools like DBAN or nwipe

   • Physically destroyed with serial verification

   • Quarantined for inspection or recovery (if requested)

3. Audit Trail Creation
   We generate logs per asset, tie each action to a device, and prepare documentation for your records.

4. Disassembly or Refurb
   Valuable components are harvested for reuse or resale. The rest is recycled responsibly with downstream traceability.

5. Final Reports & Certificates
   You receive:

   • Certificate of Destruction or Sanitization

   • Asset summary report (PDF or CSV)

   • Optional resale summary with asset values

🛠️ Our Repair Process

1. Start the Request
   You contact us with the issue. We ask the right questions upfront.

2. Check-In & Evaluation
   We document the device, log any pre-existing issues, and ask whether you’d like a data backup.

3. Fix, Replace, or Recommend
   We troubleshoot first — no shotgun parts swaps. If it needs parts, we tell you. If it’s not worth fixing, we tell you that too.

4. Testing
   Everything gets tested under load, not just booted. 

5. Pickup or Ship Back
   You get your fixed device. We stand by our work. All repairs include a limited warranty.

🕊️ DIGITAL ESTATE PROCESS

For loved ones, executors, or caretakers. We handle the data with care — and finality.

1. Start the Request
   Tell us what you have and what you'd like done. We can guide you through device shipment or drop-off.
   Common cases: a relative’s old laptop, tablet, or storage device.

2. Intake & Documentation
   We log the device, record any identifying info (e.g. serial number, user account), and confirm scope:

   • • Data destruction only

     • Digital footprint review (email, files, photos)

     • File recovery for memory preservation

3. Secure Handling
   Drives are either:

   • • Wiped to NIST standards with verifiable tools

     • Destroyed, with optional serial logging and certificate

     • Accessed for recovery, if memory preservation is requested

4. Optional Review or Recovery
   If requested, we can:

   • • Search for photos, family videos, or important files

     • Export digital assets to a secure USB or cloud folder

     • Provide a brief summary of what was found (if desired)

5. Final Disposition
   We return or recycle the device per your instructions.
   You receive a data archive, certificate of destruction, or both — depending on your request.

Not everything gets passed down properly.
We help close the digital chapter — with dignity and certainty.
